COMMERCIAL STAFF FOR EXPORT IMPORT ( JAKARTA )

Key responsibilities:

  • Found trucking and container vendor
  • Booking space container
  • Update sailing schedule to liner
  • Make sure about request and tariff costing
  • Write daily, weekly, and monthly report

Job Requirements :

  • M/F, Age 25 – 30 years
  • Minimum education of 3 year diploma(D3) in any major
  • Able to operate MS Office ( especially MS. Excel and MS. Power Point)
  • Having vast relation of trucking vendor and shipping line
  • Understanding Export and Import process
  • Able to work under high pressure condition
  • Preferably an experienced one, with the minimum of 1 year experience in the same field
  • Job location in Tanjung Priok, Jakarta Utara

 

SALES EXECUTIVE for EXPORT IMPORT (JAKARTA)

Key responsibilities:

  • To grow revenue with new and existing customers
  • Proactively and creatively identify and solve client problems and provide solutions
  • Develop and maintain customer’s database
  • Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in any major
  •  mature and independent
  • Min. 1 years experiences with similar position from logistics/international freight forwarding company
  • Aggressive in sales with an excellent proven track record of developing new customer, and target orientation
  • Excellent networking with related parties
  • Strong in analytical, good communication and negotiation
  • Possess strong organizing and coordinating
  • Computer literate
  • Having driving license (SIM A)

 

ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR (SURABAYA)

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all accounting functions
  • Ensure that all activities in accounting (All Report) is accurate and on time

Job Requirements :

  • Max 35 years old
  • Bachelor / Master Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 3 year experience and at least 2 years in similar position (supervisor level) in  Accounting and Tax
  • Having experience in develop and maintain integrated accounting system
  • Fluent in English is an advantage, and mandarin is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Result & Detail oriented, along with excellent analytical skill and systematic problem solving and decision making

 

PROCUREMENT SUPERVISOR (SURABAYA)

Key responsibilities:

  • Find new vendor and find the best and the most competitive buying tariff
  • Propose vendor priority, informed vendor priority to sourcing, re-negotiate with vendor for the buying tariff and the revised tariff if the mentioned tariff is still unacceptable by the customer
  • Review and analyze vendor usage and taking action, both to the vendor and internal
  • Updating bank data vendor, regional bank data, and remapping KODA cost and distribute to the related party
  • Write vendor visit report, report monthly KPDS, and other task assigned
  • As a liaison between company and vendor

Job Requirements :

  • Preferably male
  • bachelor degree of any major, preferably from Ubaya, Petra, UWM
  • Minimum experience of 2 years in Procurement
  • Mandarin speaking is a plus
  • Able to operate Ms Office
  • Job location in Surabaya
