Kamadjaja Logistics achieved 2018 Anugerah Manajemen Indonesia (AMI). The awarding night held on July 18th, 2018 Shangrila Hotel Jakarta held by PPM Manajemen and SWA Magazine.
“This are the platform for Kamadjaja Logistics, to show our transformation and our best performance to public, and also for AMI to be the inspiration for other companies in Indonesia for continuing their internal capability,” said Ivan Kamadjaja, CEO Kamadjaja Logistics.
This award given to the companies who did the transformation to increase their organizational competitiveness. The AMI are expected to be able to push the companies in Indonesia to continue to increase their internal capability in their management that includes: company operational, marketing, finance, human resource, technology, innovation and risk management.
The participants are several companies from BUMN, BUMD and privates, from mid scales to big scales. The selection process is done through several steps to select the best candidates available. And the final selection through top management’s in-depth interview in front of several jury consist of business practitioner and transformation expert from PPM Manajemen.
