Held at Pan Pacific Singapore, it is join organized by the Singapore Civil Defence Force ( SCDF ), ASEAN Secretariat and ASEAN Coordinating Centre for Humanitarian Assistance ( AHA Centre ), under the preview of the ASEAN Committee on Disaster Management ( ACDM ).
Bring the theme “Change and Innovation : Learning from the Private Sector to Enhance Disaster Management in ASEAN”, the welcome remark by Willem Rampangilei, Chairman of ASEAN Ministerial Meeting on Disaster Management ( AMMDM ) and opening remark by K Shanmugam, Singapore Minister for Home Affairs and Minister for Law.

The objective of the CEOs Talk is to learn from the private sector on what it takes to change and innovate about disaster management based on the knowledge of the panelists. The other speakers for the CEOs Talk are Mr. Markham Shaw of the Shaw Organization Group of Companies and Mr. Karl Loo, Founder and CEO of ServisHero.
